Customs and Import Duties
North America/Europe/Australia: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), the fee is included in the settlement amount.

Other countries: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), the recipient has to pay the customs fee by himself.

IV. Handling of abnormal situations
1. Parcel Delay
Not delivered for 7 days beyond the estimated time limit: contact service@berbeen.com for compensation coupon or reshipment.

2. Abnormal logistics status
Showing ‘Customs clearance failure’: Customers are required to submit customs documents within 3 working days, otherwise it will be returned automatically (shipping fee is non-refundable).

V. Expedited Service Options
Priority Delivery: +$25, shorten the standard time limit by 50% (e.g. 3 working days from USA to Germany).

Same-Day Delivery: For local orders only, select ‘Same-Day Delivery’ on the checkout page.
